Emulsion Tanks

TrueNorth Steel's vertical asphalt emulsion storage tanks are available in multiple configurations and can be custom fabricated to your specifications. Typical emulsion tanks range from 2,000- to 10,000-gallon capacity. All tanks are fully insulated for high heating efficiency and come standard with programmable time clock agitator for emulsion stirring.

Other options include:

• Easy-to-read external float/counter balance indicator that eliminates measuring and converting to gallons
• Multiple heating options - electric blankets, heat trace tape and dry well tube
• Elevated leg options (instead of pump systems) for gravity feed applications
• Complete accessories with ladders, safety rails, top and side 24" manhole access
• Shallow core bottoms for easier and more complete draining
• All electrical work pre-wired - power only required to disconnect box
